My journey started several years ago whilst renting beautiful beach huts on the Essex Riviera Coastline.
One of my lovely friends suggested taking the leap to purchase my own little haven by the sea and not long after I found and fell in love with the panoramic beauty spot that now houses my pretty Ladybird Beach Hut. After several sun-kissed months later, I revisited a forlorn shed on the beach front and instantly loved the ocean front vibe. And so, the majestic Seahorse Beach Hut was created in magnificent style. To complete our trio of Boutique Beach Hut beauties, dancing Dragonfly took flight with her Secret Garden delicate prettiness shortly after.
Many ask where my inspiration came from when naming and designing the beach huts. At the tender age of two, my Dad and I were chased off a beach on the East Coast by a swarm of ladybirds, and ever since then he has called me 'Ladybird'. So it seemed only right after acquiring my first beach hut that it was named after this cute memory and my namesake!
My ongoing vision is to create unique, high end, stylish coastal retreats enabling my guests from zero to 100 to kick back and relax, a dream away from daily strains and stresses to rejuvenate in solitude or with loved ones... making time for ourselves is so important for our mind, body and soul!
Situated in Walton-on-the-naze, where pretty beach huts adorn this beautiful Essex Sunshine Coast, it's the perfect Seascape to connect with nature and nourish your senses.
Accommodating a maximum of 8 guests in each beach hut, we also welcome well behaved pooches who love the freedom to explore the sandy shores.
