You will be able to make hot drinks, as a kettle, gas stove and fresh water tap are available. During winter months you will find bottled water supplied inside the beach hut. Help yourself to all the beverages (you will need to bring milk).

Free parking is available up Woodberry Way but be early at weekends & scorchio days
Pay to park is available at the station car park or alternatively the town centre
You can access the beach huts on Southcliff from the top by Woodberry Way at various points
Or head towards the pier and take the right turn to walk along the prom by all the beach huts.
You will pass the Pier Kiosk and further on delicious treats from May's Boardwalk Cafe. Keep going!
Glistening in the sunshine you will arrive at Seahorse sitting loud & proud in all his glory at no 122a... You will not miss him!
You will also note the steps opposite to access the golden sands.
If you fancy a longer stroll - you can walk all the way round the huts to Frinton ~ grab an icecream and head back again.
When the tide is high - you can usually find sand still available after the Frinton corner.
Our beach is pooch friendly all year round!
