Cancellation Policy
Thank you for considering our Boutique Beach Huts for a beautiful day at Walton-On-The-Naze. Please understand that we do not offer refunds for bad weather, just the same as any other outside activities... sadly we cannot guarantee the sunshine. However, Beach Hut life is a wonderful experience in all weather conditions and many special memories can be made all year round. We require at least 14 days notice for a cancellation at which point a £10 admin fee will be retained and the balance of the original fee will be refunded. With less than 14 days notice, the full value of your booking is non-refundable and we are unable to transfer your booking to another date within the peak season of July & August... but if available, an off peak date may be chosen.
